CEO, Elite Havens Group

Jon Stonham is the CEO of Elite Havens Group. He founded The Villa Guide in 2008 with the objective of consolidating accurate information with a technical distribution platform and first-class customer service for the villa market in Asia. The company purchased Elite Havens (2013) and numerous other management companies across the region to become Asia’s market leader in high-end holiday rentals with a spectacular portfolio of 300 plus luxury properties in Bali, Lombok, Phuket, Koh Samui, Sri Lanka, Japan, India and the Maldives. A 25-year veteran of the online travel sector, Jon co-founded the successful asia-hotels.com pioneering the introduction of guest reviews in the 1990s. Asia-hotels.com was sold to Orbitz in 2005. Jon has a master's degree from Imperial College, London. Elite Havens was sold to Dusit Hospitality in 2018.
