Winair from the Americas switched to Hitit IT Solutions During the Pandemic

Winair, the leading regional airline in the Caribbean, has boosted its airline technology and migrated to Hitit’s future proof reservation system and the award-winning airline reporting solution, providing airlines with accurate information for their decision-making process during these unprecedented times. Hitit, one of the top three global airline and travel IT solution providers, and Winair, a government-owned regional airline, have signed a partnership agreement. Hitit and Winair have combined forces and mobilized their experiences to improve the quality of technology services for Winair passengers. 

Winair wanted to change its IT systems and decided to migrate to Hitit’s passenger-oriented solutions capable of enhancing the booking and communication features, in favor of travelers. The carrier has invested in the fields of reservation, ticketing, check-in, internet and mobile booking, departure control, loyalty management and customer care.
