I was bitten by the travel bug while doing a grad trip in Europe 27 years ago. After that, I joined the travel industry and there has been no looking back! There are so many elements to the industry, and I have tried almost all – from MICE, educational and student travel, leisure travel, product planning, trip leading, training, to now my favourite, Destination Management. My biggest motivation is development; this could be building our partners’ businesses, expanding our own operations or helping our people grow their careers. Changing as the world changes is how I like to lead. Connecting people hearts and minds is the result I like to see.
