3rd Tri-Annual General Membership Meeting Concludes With Election of New Leadership

PATA Micronesia Chapter, 9 January 2025 - The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Micronesia Chapter successfully concluded its 3rd Tri-Annual General Membership Meeting today at the Guam Community College Multipurpose Auditorium. The week-long event, held from December 9-13, 2024, brought together tourism leaders, stakeholders, and representatives from across the region to reflect on past achievements, collaborate on strategic initiatives, and set the course for the future of tourism in Micronesia.
Under the theme "Writing Our History, Determining Our Future," the meeting featured key highlights, including an island tour, regional tourism roundtable discussions, and comprehensive updates on heritage, health and wellness, and education tourism. The event culminated with the declaration of the newly elected Board of Directors and Executive Committee members for 2025.
