Workshop Time will be 9 AM To 5 PM (IST)
The Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE) is the finest professional designation available to Post-Secondary Hospitality Educator (in addition to having previous experience in the hospitality industry on a managerial or supervisory level), The prestigious Certified Hospitality Educator designation is the ONLY professional certification for post-secondary instructors who teach hospitality.
This intensive workshop covers the following topics:
Discussing student, teacher and course evaluations
Designing a course syllabus
Writing complete instructional objectives
Employing appropriate methods for ending a class
Selecting appropriate interactive teaching methods
Identifying and employing effective classroom communication methods
Distinguishing appropriate learning levels for instructional objective
Identifying general learning outcomes
Establishing a positive classroom culture
Demonstrating effective personal presentation style in the classroom
Applying appropriate content presentation methods
Demonstrating the appropriate use of support media
The workshop will be led by a highly qualified and experienced master instructor from the industry – Mr. George Ubbelohde CHA, CHE, CHT, CHBA and CHIA. Over 30 years’ of training hospitality industry and academia world in Europe, Middle East, Asia and in China.
