We are recruiting a full-time permanent Certifications, Compliance & Quality Control Specialist to join the Travelife for Accommodation team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to Travelife members during the pre and post audit phases of their membership and making certification decisions. In addition, they will be expected to provide outstanding levels of customer service to members whilst ensuring consistency in compliance with the Travelife certification standard.
