2021 Results Tracking Projections of PATA, and Bright Spots to Emerge in 2022!!! Across all 39 Asia Pacific destinations the difference in the estimated values used in the original forecasts and those with the most recently released official arrivals data was a positive gain of 3.8% between the two. From an initial forecast of 121.843 million international visitor arrivals (IVAs) in 2020 in the original series, the actuals can now be updated at 126.475 million.

The Hybrid PATA Adventure Travel Conference and Mart 2021 was launched on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, thru both on-ground, in Clark, Philippines, and online formats. The two-day niche event attracted 582 delegates from 53 destinations in attendance including international delegates comprising 56% of the total. With both travel mart and conference elements, the B2B trade mart welcomed 67 seller organisations from 13 destinations and 65 buyer organisations from 28 source markets.

The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), in partnership with the Department of Tourism of the Philippines, will be organising a hybrid PATA Adventure Travel Conference and Mart 2021 on May 26-27. The conference is to assist PATA's objective for tourism growth while the travel market serves to promote, establish, and grow business and networks for delegates. The hybrid conference will be held in Clark, Philippines, and foreign attendees will be allowed to join virtually.
