Andreas Spycher is Vice President at Mastercard and based in Singapore. With his broad background he supports government agencies and public private partners to digitize citizen engagements and experiences, drive SME and industry vertical expansion, and develop post pandemic solutions in transit, government services and government payment flows.

Professional Background

Andreas started his career in 1991 in the hotel, airline, and travel industry. Prior to joining Mastercard, he worked at two major card issuing banks, where he launched multiple co-brand card programs and integrated programs into banking solutions.

Andreas moved to the payment industry in 2002, joined Mastercard in 2009 and relocated to Singapore in 2013.

Education and Other

Andreas holds an MBA from the University of St. Gall in Switzerland. During his broad carrier, Andreas has lived and worked in China, Korea, Germany, Belgium, Italy, USA, Switzerland and now in Singapore. Andreas speaks six languages.
