Armelle Solelhac

With a master’s in business law from the University of Grenoble Alpes and a Specialized master’s in marketing & communication from ESCP Business School (Paris), Armelle Solelhac set out in 2005 to tour the world's ski resorts for 2 years. She visited 280 ski areas in 27 countries across 5 continents. Upon her return, she founded SWiTCH, a branding and ESG strategy consulting firm specializing in tourism and outdoor sports, based in Annecy (France) and Los Angeles (USA). To date, she has successfully worked with over 200 clients. In 2016-2017, she embarked on a second world tour to study more than 100 beach destinations in 14 countries across 4 continents. Concurrently, she invests as a business angel and sits on the boards of several companies and non-profit organizations. Her book, Management and Marketing of Mountain Resorts, was published in 2019, reissued in 2021 (Ed. Routledge). In 2020, she presented a TEDx talk "How Tourism Will Save the World?". Since 2022, she has been trained as a B Leader France and supports numerous companies in achieving B Corp certification.
