Dr. Barry Ip is a highly accomplished senior executive with over twenty years of progressive experience in talent management across multiple global industries. His leadership roles at esteemed organizations like Microsoft, Jabil Circuit, and The Hong Kong Jockey Club have endowed him with extensive expertise in talent management, executive development, and organizational development, which has garnered widespread recognition.

Presently, Dr. Ip serves as the Vice President of Learning and Advancement at Wynn Palace Hotel and Wynn Macau Hotel, where he is instrumental in driving key business objectives, including talent management, executive development, corporate culture building, and service quality maintenance. His unwavering commitment to excellence has resulted in numerous accolades and industry recognitions.

Besides his exceptional corporate work, Dr. Ip is actively involved in the people development community. He is a member of the People Development Committee of the Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA), a member of the Hotel Learning Committee of the Hong Kong Vocational Training Council (VTC), and has previously served as the Vice President of Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources (HKIHRM).

Dr. Ip is also a Visiting Professor and advisor at several prestigious universities in China, Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR, where he imparts his wealth of knowledge and experience in talent management and innovation, inspiring the next generation of leaders to attain their full potential.

Dr. Ip holds a PhD and an MBA and has completed the Executive Development Program in Innovation Management from Cambridge University.
