Ms. Liao, since July 2017, has been responsible for establishing the cultural and tourism brand as MGM’s market position. Under the tourism development policy of the Macau SAR Government, she has successfully developed various brand projects by emphasizing “culture” and innovating with “technology.” Leveraging cultural arts, integrating public relations and digital marketing, to trigger interest and translate this into sales and diversified cultural, entertainment, and sports development.
She has established several cultural and tourism branding projects, including MGM 2049, directed by master Zhang Yimou, represents his first and only residency masterpiece within the GBA, the Lingnan Lion Dance Cultural Heritage Series, symphonic masterpiece “Buddha Passion” in immersive version, MGM Macau Tennis Masters, MGM MACAU Oktoberfest Macau, and MGM Chef Nic Gastronomusic Fest etc.
Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Lio served as Chief Operating Officer of Ogilvy Group Hong Kong. Her extensive experience in transforming multimillion dollar global accounts equips her with the knowledge and insights to lead operating strategies that transform businesses, lead on accounts like Sands China, Hongkong Land, Asia Miles, Huawei and Philips since 2009.
