Dr. Diamantina Coimbra

Vice-Rector, Macao University of Tourism

Mrs. Diamantina Rosário Coimbra was born in Macao in a Macanese family. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Tourism Business Management, a master’s degree in Education Management and a PhD in Educational Administration and Policy. With over 30 years of working experience in the fields of hospitality, training and education, she is currently Vice-Rector of the Macao University of Tourism overseeing administrative affairs, facilities’ development, information technology, public relations and training units’ operations. She has been working in the protection of Macanese Culinary skills since its inclusion on the National Intangible Cultural Heritage list, a job that she enjoys doing as it is part of her own culture. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and exploring culinary experiences.
