Dr. Niramol Jindanuwat

Chief People Officer, Dusit International

Dr. Niramol Jindanuwat has more than 25 years of experience in human capital management and strategy & change management. Currently, she is a Chief People Officer of Dusit International handling all employee matters for the Dusit Group covering all business units including Hotel, Education, Dusit Foods, Property Development, Dusit Hospitality Services. As a head of human capital for the Group, her focus has been placed on 4 key building blocks of People Foundations in order to support to the business strategy of the Group. That includes fostering a high performance culture, strengthening our people’s skills & capability development, accelerating talent development & succussion plan, and creating a working climate that cultivates great employee experience and engagement. Synergy across different business units within the Group is also the key ambition we will pursue.

Prior to join Dusit in 2016, She has more than 16 years of business and human capital consulting experiences at IBM where her last post before joining Dusit was Country HR Manager of IBM Thailand. In addition to be responsible for operational excellence for end-to-end people business processes, she also played a key role to drive execution on global, regional as well as country HR policy and initiatives to support business direction and clients. Moreover, Dr.Niramol was also head the HR transformation tracks for the IT strategic outsourcing projects for internal initiatives and customer projects.

Dr. Niramol holds a Ph.D. and MBA in Business Management from University of California, USA under the King Anandhamahidol’s Fellowship, and Master & Bachelor in Business Administration, Accounting from Thammasat University with 1 st class honors. She is a frequent guest speaker at HR management forum and business school of renowned universities in Thailand.
