Flemming works as CFO in VisitDenmark and also as a Director, with responsibility for the markets in Asia as well as other key European markets. Flemming has over 30 years of experience in working with tourism, in VisitDenmark he started his career in the department of Research. He is a member of the board at the HCA Foundation and Chairman of the board at the Classification for hotels in DK.

He has a Bachelor in Commerce, has been a member of the management for about 20 years, where he has many years of experience working with corporate development as well as global business strategy and marketing campaigns.
