Gan Yongfu, is a famous expert in rural tourism, and Director of National Rural Tourism Monitoring Center, Standing Vice Chairman and Secretary General of World Rural Tourism Conference, Vice Chairman of China Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism Industry Alliance (CLARTA), Industry Tutor of Beijing International Studies University, Adjunct Professor of Guilin Tourism University, Executive Dean of Zhejiang Rural Tourism Academy, Dean of Academy of Planning and Design of Zhejiang Rural Tourism Academy, Level 2 Inspector of Huzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism.

Mr. Gan has profound experience of being the chief of Huzhou Municipal Bureau of Tourism, as well as in practical work and theoretical research.
