Jackson Pek

Senior Vice President & General Counsel, Amadeus IT Group

Jackson began his professional career as an attorney at the law firms White & Case and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, working in both the U.S. and Asia. He later served as Senior Attorney at IBM, overseeing legal matters across ASEAN and South Asia.

He joined Amadeus in 2006, spending 12 years as General Counsel for the Asia Pacific region before becoming Chief Legal Officer of AirAsia Group. Jackson returned to Amadeus in 2020, leading global commercial and transactional legal matters, and was appointed SVP & Group General Counsel in 2022, followed by Chief Corporate & Legal Affairs Officer in 2025.

Beyond his legal career, Jackson has lectured at universities across Asia, including two years on the faculty of the National University of Singapore Law School.

A U.S. citizen, he holds business and law degrees from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and New York University.
