Jennifer is a Senior Manager at Rezio (booking management system for tours and activities) in charge of the market expansion in Southeast Asia. With more than 13 years of experience, Jennifer has worked in many aspects of the tourism industry, including in DMCs, Hotels, OTAs, and Travel SaaS across Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Japan.

Being trilingual in Mandarin, English, and Japanese, Jennifer has been managing teams in a cross-cultural environment and has successfully created several top-selling tour programs, as well as supported companies to expand their business overseas in her career.

Passionate about sustainable tourism, Jennifer raises awareness and knowledge of the matter through conducting internal trainings, development of responsible products, and guidance towards sustainable operation.
