Joyce Dogniez

Joyce Dogniez is the Vice President Empowerment and Outreach at the Internet Society Foundation, a global non-profit organization that supports initiatives to improve the quality of people's lives through the Internet. She has over 20 years of experience in building, engaging, and mobilizing communities around the world to champion positive change for the growth of the Internet.

As the leader of the empowerment programs at Internet Society Foundation, Joyce oversees the design and implementation of strategies that provide practical training, fellowship opportunities, and capacity building for Internet professionals, especially from underrepresented or marginalized groups. She also fosters cross-community collaboration and partnership with other organizations, members, and stakeholders to advocate for an open, inclusive, and diverse Internet. Joyce holds several credentials and certifications in leadership development, conflict management, and meetings management, and has been recognized as one of the Top 20 Women Advancing Associations in 2023. She is passionate about promoting gender equality, digital inclusion, and innovation in the digital age, and speaks regularly at international, regional, and national fora on these topics.
