Liu Hui Yuan graduated from Beijing International Studies University majoring in English Literature and worked as English Teacher on the same campus for 4 years.

Having joined China International Travel Service Head Office (CITS) in 1997, Liu worked as sales manager in the North American Market and product manager in the European Market before being promoted to Deputy General Manager of CITS Inbound Dept. in 2012 and General Manager in 2019.

Starting from 2022, Liu is tasked to plan for inbound and international travel strategies, mergers, and acquisitions of online solutions of CTG Travel Services.
