Vice President and Head of Inclusive Impact & Sustainability Asia Pacific, Visa Worldwide Pte Ltd

Patsian leads Visa’s Asia Pacific Inclusive Impact & Sustainability team, working closely with local teams to ensure global and regional strategic alignment, catalyze and build new regional initiatives that contribute to both business and impact goals, and drive purposeful mobilization of employees, assets, products and solutions. She brings over 25 years of cross industry experience in the US and Asia to work on breakthrough strategies for social and environmental impact that come from complex and multi-disciplinary initiatives.  She does this in the fields of impact entrepreneurship/sustainable investment, philanthropy, corporate impact and non-profit strategy. Patsian draws from her experience with private and civic sectors having led teams in organisations including AVPN, Johnson & Johnson, Tri-Sector Associates, Singapore’s National Volunteer & Philanthropy Center, Corporate Citizenship, Asia Philanthropy Circle, and as the founding head of DBS Foundation and head of DBS Bank CSR. Patsian sits on the boards of several innovative start-up nonprofit organisations in Singapore.
