R B Santosh Kumar is currently the Vice President & Head of Government Engagement, South Asia. His role involves strengthening strategic partnerships, driving sales of digital platforms and solutions, deepening relationships with Government and winning project mandates, and expanding merchant acceptance along with the responsibility for leading the business verticals of Financial Inclusion, Cyber Security, Tourism, Agriculture, MSME , Urban Mobility and digitizing Government flows. Prior to Mastercard he has worked with Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank and Times Of India. He is an Alumni of Harvard Business School Boston. He is also a Hotel Management graduate and had started his career with the Taj Group of Hotels in India. Prior to his current role he was the Country Manage for Sri Lanka and Maldives for Mastercard where he drove several tourism related initiatives with the Govt and other stakeholders including Priceless Sri Lanka.
