Reshma Tharakan
Head of Customer Success, South Asia, Tripadvisor
Having joined TripAdvisor in 2019, Reshma Tharakan now heads the Customer Success Team for Hospitality Solutions in South Asia, catering to our partners spread across all major territories in APAC like Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines and the Indian Subcontinent.
In her role, Reshma is focussed on driving customer engagement, retention and satisfaction by enabling properties to leverage on their online reputation to maximise their presence on TripAdvisor and drive business growth.
Reshma has over a decade of experience across various industries like Banking, and Information Technology. Prior to joining TripAdvisor, she was with a SAAS company, focussing on their retention business.
Reshma is currently based in Singapore, the regional HQ of TA and has been here for over 9 years.
