Rita J. Pradhan is a keen hospitality and tourism professional. She has been with Temple Tiger Group of Companies in a capacity of CEO for the past 10 years. Additionally, she had also worked in the development sector at UNICEF before joining the organization.

Her main vision is to provide an enhanced spectacular experience to the travelers visiting Nepal through Temple Tiger. Ms. Pradhan does marketing to promote the destination by developing various packages for Nepal, Bhutan, India and Tibet. She has participated in numerous Travel Marts globally. She believes that sustainable tourism is beneficial to the industry as well as the environment.
