Director of Business Development (Consultant), PATA

Santosh Kumar, with over a decade of leadership experience in the travel industry, has joined PATA as Director of Business Development (Consultant) to support operations in the Membership Department. He has taken on several consulting assignments recently. Previously, he was the Managing Director at HRS India. He joined the company at its inception and in a short period of 4 years, grew it into a leading travel technology company in the region. He also worked with American Express Global Business Travel in partnerships and customer success roles. Prior to that, Santosh worked as a management consultant based in the US and advised several state governments and Fortune 500 companies in the financial services and healthcare industries.

Santosh holds a Master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the Indian School of Business. In his free time, Santosh likes to travel, watch sports and experience the unadulterated joy of parenthood with his son.
