Having grown up and worked in Southern Africa and worked across Europe, Africa and Asia, Simon has an appreciation of a variety of cultures, which he tries to incorporate into all aspects of his life. He believes that, especially in the world of education, training, and talent development, there are no correct solutions but that any solution needs to start with the individual.
