In Singapore, she hosts a cooking experience, Spice Zi Kitchen, with her mother, where she uses food as an entry point to share Indian Muslim culture, heritage and recipes that are rare or almost never found in restaurants with guests from all over the world. Spice Zi Kitchen also expands the narrative of Singapore's food culture, through initiatives like #passthepasar, which is a movement by our community for the community to re-discover Wet Markets through Instagram stories.
2. A little bit more about Taahira. She personally loves observing aspects of nature, like trees, plants, flowers and the way nature moves through the seasons - and came up with a moniker for herself, Treehira. She’s been observing, taking note, documenting this with the hashtag #treehira which she uses to share the kind of flora, fauna in Singapore and its uses.

Spice Zi Kitchen is an interactive cooking experience of Singaporean Indian Muslim food. It is led by Mama Zi (a home chef of 30 years) and her daughter, Taahira (Baby T). They share with guests the history, culture and tradition of Indian Muslim food that is rare or never found in hawkers or restaurants in Singapore.
