Mr. Zhang Junsai graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University. Mr. Zhang used to work in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China and served successively as the Chinese Ambassador to the Republic of Fiji, Director General of the Department of American and Oceanian Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China, the Chinese Ambassador to Australia, the Chinese Ambassador to Canada.
