UNDP Request for Expression of Interest - Provision of Travel Management Services for Countries in Asia and Pacific Region

New York – 24 July, 2023 – The UNDP Regional Bureau for Asia and the Pacific (RBAP) has launched a Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) in relation to provision of travel management services for up to 37 countries in the Asia and Pacific region and we would like to request your support to disseminate this REOI to all members within your network. The travel management services will be required primarily for UNDP and could potentially be required for other UN agencies as well.

In preparation for the forthcoming solicitation process to establish Long-Term Agreements (LTA), this call for EOI aims to assess the market availability and viability of travel agencies in the Asia and Pacific region, size and experience of travel agencies in the region, and price formation mechanisms etc. The LTA would be concluded for an initial period of two (02) years, with a possibility to extend for another one (01) year subject to UNDP needs and satisfactory performance of the LTA holder. It is highly encouraged that interested companies consider forming joint venture / association / consortium to maximize the geographical and service coverage.

This specific REOI is managed via the new supplier portal system of UNDP Quantum. For companies interested in submitting a response for this REOI, they must subscribe following the instructions in the user guide. If they have not registered a profile with this system, they can do so by following the link for Supplier Registration.

If they already have a supplier profile, please login to the Supplier Portal, then search for the negotiation using the reference number UNDP-BRC-00049, following the instructions in the user guide.
