Bob Zozobrado

Chairman, PATA Philippines Chapter

Bob Zozobrado is an alumnus of the University of San Carlos in Cebu City and Lyceum of the Philippines University in Manila, and has worked for all components of the Tourism Industry.

He was Tour Desk Clerk at the St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco, Account Manager for Pan Am, Director of Sales for Hyatt Regency Manila, General Manager for Thomas Cook, Managing Director for Thai Airways GSA, and as Country Manager of Northwest Airlines GSA for the Philippines and Micronesia, garnering countless Travel Industry Awards.

He taught Tourism subjects in four universities in Manila, earning many Teaching Excellence Awards, and was later appointed Acting Dean at Lyceum of the Philippines University for its flagship college, International Tourism and Hospitality Management.

He was also PR Consultant for Macau Government Tourist Office and continues to write a weekly Tourism column for Manila Standard. He is now on his second 2-year term as Chairman of PATA Philippines Chapter.
