Ms. Pham To Linh has been working as an official at the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT), Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism since 2014, where she takes charge of international cooperation and tourism market research to promote Viet Nam as a sustainable and competitive destination. She was awarded a scholarship by the Irish government in 2018 to pursue her Master in International Tourism at the University of Limerick, Ireland.
