Rujun Zhou, also known as Vikon, is a previous intern at the PATA Membership Department from January to April 2022. During her internship, she participated in the International Women’s Day 2022 marketing campaign, under the theme of BreakTheBias with a quote, “A world where difference is valued and celebrated. 

With her interest in gender equality, as a research assistant at her current institution, She recently co-wrote a research on gender discrimination entitled, An Explanatory Study of Invisible Gender Discrimination in Hotel Industry. This directly tackled SDG 5, Gender Equality. Recently, she contributed to the 5th Global Tourism & Hospitality Conference hosted by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University as one of the presenters.
