Suzanne Neufang

CEO, Global Business Travel Association (GBTA)

Suzanne was named to lead the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) in February 2021, where she oversees the association’s mission, staff, and services.

She’s led teams and divisions within the travel industry for the past 20 years – at Germany-based HRS, and for Texas-based Sabre and Travelocity. In addition, she’s led efforts in marketing, e-commerce and public affairs at US tax software giant Intuit and US telecom giant Verizon and GTE. She’s been an active volunteer in the travel industry, including serving as president of the ACTE board from 2012-2014. Suzanne holds an MA from the University of Hawaii, and a BA from Minot State University in North Dakota. She and her husband Ralf live in New York City, and they have two grown sons.
