PATA Hong Kong SHTM Student Chapter: Site Visit 2024: Kerry Hotel

Hong Kong SAR, 14th March 2024 - The PATA Hong Kong SHTM Student Chapter organized a site visit to the Kerry Hotel, with the objective of providing its members with an up-close and personal experience of a 5-star hotel's service and operations.

The event was led by Ms. Jenny Peng, Sales Executive at Shangri-La Hotel, who graciously shared her expertise and insights with the members. During the tour, the attendees were taken through various areas of the Kerry Hotel, including the lobby, guest rooms, restaurants, and back-of-house facilities, gaining a deeper understanding of the meticulous planning and coordination required to deliver a seamless guest experience.

The site visit to the Kerry Hotel was an invaluable opportunity for our members to witness firsthand the level of dedication and professionalism that goes into operating a 5-star hotel.

The members were captivated by the tour, asking insightful questions and engaging in lively discussions with Ms. Peng. The experience provided them with a heightened appreciation for the complexity and intricacies of hotel management, further strengthening their passion for the industry.
