Forging Future Paths: Strengthening China-Thailand Tourism

Pierre Doley Youth Scholarship Fund
Former PATA President Pierre J. Doley was a firm believer in the power of education and truly appreciated the PATA organisation. A memorial scholarship fund has been set up to help young individuals build their future. All donations are used exclusively for educational purposes and sponsorship activities for PATA Youth.

PATA's Tourism Destination Programme (TDR), launched in 2021, aims to support DMOs. This May, PATA is extending the programme to a new destination focused on building greater resilience and sustainability: Sarawak, Malaysia. Learn more in this blog.
PATA's Tourlink Project Comes to an End after 4 years
Since 2020, PATA has been actively involved in the Tourlink project, aiming to move Thai tourism towards sustainability through a business-led supply chain approach. PATA's primary role in the project focused on a series of initiatives to reduce food and plastic waste in tourism businesses. Now that the TourLink project has concluded, it has achieved remarkable success in each initiative, thanks to the efforts of PATA and all project partners. Read more in the blog.
