Deputy for Resources and Institutions, Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy

Ir. Martini Mohamad Paham, MBA also known as Diah Paham is a graduate from Bandung Technology Institute in the year 1993. She started her career at the Department of Tourism, Post, and Telecommunication in 1994. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Monash University in 2000, since then Diah Paham was entrusted at various positions in the area of development, planning, and promotion of Indonesia’s tourism, both at national and international level. 

In 2018, she was the Assistant to the Deputy of Strategy and Marketing Communication and became the Director for Marketing Communication in 2020. During her position as the Director for Marketing Communication, she was also the acting Director for National Tourism Marketing in April 2022. In September 2022, she was appointed as the Director for Inter-Institutional Relations. Because of her achievements and outstanding performance in the previous Directorates, she was entrusted in October 2022 as the Deputy Minister for Resources and Institutions of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, Republic of Indonesia.
