PATA Malaysia Taylor's Student Chapter hosted Strategic Partnership between Taylor’s University and Malaysia Tourism Council
Subang Jaya, Malaysia, 1st December 2020 - Recently, Taylor’s University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Malaysia Tourism Council via a video conference. This MoU was anchored by PATA Malaysia Taylor’s Student Chapter (PATA MTSC) last 1st December 2020. The MoU, namely strategic Partnership is aimed to provides a platform between Taylor’s University and Malaysia Tourism Council to exchange knowledge and skills in the teaching and learning process, build collaboration with research projects and support the internship placement to the students.

Eco-enzyme: A prospectious solution to achieve sustainability
Eco-enzyme is one of the long-term projects of PATA Lombok Tourism Polytechnic Student Chapter. This program is also commonly called “garbage enzyme”, a multipurposed liquid from fermentation of organic waste.

PATA Wakayama University Student Chapter Activity Highlights
Our activities in the past had three aspects: learning, interaction and publicizing. In 2019, our activities had been focused on study meetings, which is passive learning. However, we started active learning from 2020.

Subang Jaya, Malaysia, 31st October 2020 - PATA Malaysia Taylor's Student Chapter (PATA MTSC) organized the first virtual webinar on 'Sustainable Tourism and Rural Development' last 31st October 2020. The webinar aimed to introduce Rural Tourism and its contribution to Sustainable Tourism initiatives among tourism students. Dr Puvaneswaran Kunasekaran, a Senior Lecturer of the School of Hospitality, Tourism and Events of Taylor's University, was invited as a guest speaker of this virtual event.

RMIT Hanoi’s Tourism and Hospitality Club celebrate World Tourism Day by hosting contest for high school students
RMIT University Vietnam’s Tourism and Hospitality Management (THM) Club hosted a competition titled “World Tourism Day - Future of Tourism in Vietnam.” Aimed at high school students, the contest celebrated World Tourism Day 2020 by encouraging them to think about Vietnam’s tourism industry future, post COVID-19.

TP PATA & BTP PATA Island Exchange
On September 2020 we had a great opportunity to do an Online Island Exchange Program with Temasek Polytechnic Student Chapter. There are several rows of activities that that we did during the Island Exchange Program. The first activity is we do a short Island Exchange between TP PATA and BTP PATA.
